Trainee Accountant Intake Programme

Each year we employ accounting trainees wishing to study accountancy. Our trainees study part time at SIT while learning all the practical skills in a working environment. Trainees undertake a variety of assignments and work closely with experienced accountants in a supportive team environment.

Our trainees enjoy the following benefits:

We have now completed our 2012 Trainee appointments.

My Experience at MDP

On joining MDP, I was pleasantly surprised to discover the family type atmosphere in the office. While everyone is focused toward getting the job done, there is a general air of fun and a fair amount of good natured ribbing takes place.

Staff are encouraged to use their initiative, and training and continuing education opportunities (both internal and external) are provided regularly and encouraged for all staff.

The partners’ open door policy reinforces the “one team” atmosphere, and they are always well represented at the firm’s social and sporting activities leaving the staff in no doubt as to their worth to the firm. MDP is a thoroughly enjoyable place to work.
