Rural Services Manager/Principal


Ash performs the role of Rural Services Manager and became a Principal of the firm in April 2017.

Ash spent 11 years working primarily within the Rural banking industry in New Zealand, incorporating the East Coast of the North Island and the Southland region. Ash also worked as a Credit Analyst for a Bank during his OE in the UK before joining McIntyre Dick and Partners in 2010.

Ash specialises in our service delivery to our Rural client base. This includes business performance feedback, budget and cashflow support and business and succession planning. Ash also has an overview of our farm benchmarking statistics. Ash also focuses on growing our rural market share and bringing new clients to McIntyre Dick and Partners. He has extensive training in the areas of business coaching and leadership.

A born Southlander Ash is married to Wiki, is from a Sheep & Beef farming background at Five Rivers and is actively involved in the Dairy Industry. He is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Primary Industry Management. Ash enjoys challenging his clients to grow and strengthen their business understanding and coaching them to achieve improved business performance.

Ash enjoys most sports and away from the office you are likely to find Ash focusing on his own business interests, hunting, or trying to stay fit .
