Chris is a tax manager who joined the practice in 1995. He specialises in taxation services. Chris also provides business advisory services to various clients of the firm, thereby ensuring that his taxation advice retains a practical perspective.

Prior to joining the practice Chris worked for the Inland Revenue for nine years initially as a tax inspector and then as a senior investigating accountant in the Corporate Unit.

Chris is married to Carolyn. They have two children Nicola and Daniel who are completing their university educations.

Chris’s interests include spending time with family in Central Otago, playing masters hockey and spending as much time as possible fly fishing. Chris has been involved with the Southland Fly Fishing Club for over 25 years.
