Team Manager
Lead. Coach. Grow.
We’re looking for a Team Manager who loves developing people as much as delivering great client work.
You’ll guide our trainees and early‑career accountants, support their study journey, and be the everyday coach who helps them grow. You’ll also lead a team delivering bookkeeping, GST and software support services — keeping workflow smooth, quality high, and your people supported.

Innovation & Digital Lead

This is a hands-on, part-time role (up to 20 hours/week) for someone who loves using technology and AI to remove friction, improve workflows, and help people do their best work.
