What is involved?
Every business is at a different stage in its lifecycle. Depending on where your business is at you may choose to either:
- Undertake a full strategic overhaul of your business building purpose, vision, values, strategies, and actions. This would be tailored to your business and could involve a full two-day planning session followed by quarterly reviews.
- A one day facilitated planning session to establish a one-page plan focused on the coming year.
- Half-day facilitated workshops spread across a 4-6 week timeframe.
Each of our workshops will involve completing an element of pre-work and clarifying exactly what is the right pathway for your business. We have numerous tools that we can use to assist along the way. We will often clarify the different communication styles of the key stakeholders in the business to assist team communication and solve organisational challenges.
