Joining the team in 2024 as our Operations Manager, Nicola has held senior management roles across a diverse range of sectors, from banking, non-profit sporting organisations, local government, economic development and tourism.  She brings her strengths in strategic planning, project management and ‘big picture’ thinking to the team.

As a skilled people leader with extensive stakeholder relationship experience, Nicola is passionate about organisational change and continuous improvement. Having held a number of governance positions she is currently the Chair of the Around the Mountains Cycle Trail Trust.

With a love of travelling and seeing the world, Southland is still very much home for Nicola, her husband Tony and their two teenage daughters. Outside of work Nicola is kept busy supporting her daughters across their sports and other interests, heading to the gym, enjoying a good book or heading to the lake in Summer to enjoy water sports. A keen home DIYer, there is always plenty to do in the garden or renovating.
