With a background spanning both Health and Safety and HR, Grace joined MDP at the start of 2022 as our Workplace Experience Manager, bringing a people-first approach to leadership that shapes everything she does.

At the heart of her role is getting to know each team member as an individual and working with them to build personalised learning and development plans that support their goals, both professionally and personally.

Grace is also passionate about the future of the profession and works closely with schools and tertiary providers to build meaningful connections that help develop the next generation of accountants coming through. 

When she's not at work, Grace throws herself into family life with the same energy she brings to the job. You'll find her out on the farm, making plenty of noise on the rugby sidelines come winter, or happily lost in a good book.
