The way we work with you has changed
Categories
As we've navigated through these unprecedented times, we want to ensure that you are up to date with our actions and the ways that we work with you that have changed.
From recent times we have adapted our communication style to be a more digital rather than a paper based experience. Predominantly we will communicate via email advising of documents attached or a link to our website where the information will be held.
Your end of year financial statements and documents to be signed will be sent electronically. Our goal is to provide information to you efficiently and in a format, you can retain or reference for the future. If you have a preference for a different method please contact our team to discuss.
We've also been sending you periodic information on how government measures and our initiatives may impact you and your business to help you stay resilient through these uncertain times.
As a company, McIntyre Dick prides ourselves on putting people (our team, clients and community) at the very heart of everything that we do, and now more than ever have been championing this.
We've listened and we're here for you. We're still offering FREE assistance as this situation evolves.
We have a dedicated a specialist, Rebecca Fairweather, to answer any question you may have regarding the Government wage and leave subsidies, tax changes or assist you through the application forms, fee-free.
Your health and safety
As we move through alert levels, it's important that you know we have implemented strict cleaning protocols in our offices, meeting rooms and reception areas.
Here are some actions we are asking you to consider:
- We’re following Government guidelines and asking people if they have traveled internationally, have a cough, cold or flu-like symptoms, please do not come into the office.
- We’re asking if clients to consider having meetings by video, telephone, or email.
- When dropping documents off or visiting, please use the hand sanitiser provided at reception.
- Please assist us in taking these steps to keep our team, clients, and contractors safe and healthy
As this situation changes, our response will too. In the meantime, we will continue to monitor and adapt as it unfolds. Connection and communication are key during times like these, so we will continue to update you as the need arises with helpful information to lessen the financial impact on your business.
Ngā mihi nui,
The team at McIntyre Dick
