Every dollar makes a difference to the Westpac Rescue Chopper. As part of our fundraising efforts for the Westpac Chopper Appeal, we held our annual 'McIntyre Dick Bake Off' last Friday.
The evening was such a success that we were able to raise over $2300 to help keep our community safe and keep flying.
On the night we were delighted to have local baker, Dani from The Urban Kitchen as our celebrity guest judge. Our team won prizes for the best sweet and savoury treats, as well as the most creative presentation.
We all know someone in our community who has used the service at some point during their lifetime. Be it airlifting our expecting mums in labour to hospital, or saving local adventurers from life-threatening incidents, our contributions help keep our community safe.
