TetraMap®

Centering on communication and relationships, TetraMap® gives participants clarity on themselves, behavioural preferences, and how to best interact with their team.

Introducing  Tetramap Logo

TetraMap is a tool that teams can use to enhance their understanding of those they interact with. It requires participants to think about who they are as a person and how they behave in truth, rather than how they would like to be perceived, through workshops that are engaging, stimulating and purposeful.

What are the founding principles?

Using nature as a metaphor, four behavioural preferences are matched to the elements of Earth, Air, Water, Fire. The link to nature is critical as participants begin to understand that each element of behaviour is present in society.

The workshop explores the preferences and dynamics of the team or business and helps participants understand their preferences and how they can use the knowledge to improve their daily interactions with others. The concept is simple, yet the experience is very powerful.

Lessons from nature are linked to building stronger relationships, teams, and organisations. The better each of us understands communication and behavioural preferences the more effective we can be in business, improving sales strategy and communication with team and customers.

What will your team take away from a workshop?

  • Understanding why people react the way they do under pressure
  • The best way to approach those around you
  • A greater understanding of individuals and how they might complement each other in a team environment
  • You will have had fun

What are others saying?
