Hello everyone,
My mother is from Kaipara, in Northland, and my father is from Rotorua.
My Husband's name is Roland Monk.
I have 6 children, Noah, Shirllee-Anne better known as "Poppet", Jessica, Frances, Māreikura and Kataraina Monk.
My name is Christal Monk.

Christal is in her third year of her Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting and Management at Southland Institute of Technology. She is passionate about finding strategies that empower individuals, particularly SMEs, coming from a small business background. 

Through her realisation of her purpose, she has learned the importance of consistency, absolute resilience, and integrity. She is determined to do her utmost to help alleviate the pressure on business owners.

Despite what they do, spending time with her family, which she refers to as her "Lucky 8," brings her joy. Although if she is honest, movies and kai (food) at home are their favourite pastimes. Christal is looking forward to what the future holds and the encounters that lie ahead.
