Guidance for working with McIntyre Dick under the Red Traffic Light setting

Categories

Our offices are temporarily closed to the public while Southland remains in Red Traffic Light setting.

Protecting the health and wellbeing of our people, clients, whānau and communities is our top priority.

From 24 January 2022, our McIntyre Dick office is temporarily closed to the public. This also applies to contractors, extended family and our team that typically do not work from the McIntyre Dick office. This is so we can maintain our work ‘bubble’ and ensure we are open for business with the same exceptional level of service you have come to expect.

We have implemented this approach as we believe that, at this time, these measures are how we safely navigate the red traffic light setting and minimise the risk of omicron spread throughout our team, our communities and each of us personally. We also believe these measures will enable us to continue to provide services and support to you with minimal disruption.

What this means for you

If you have a scheduled appointment at the McIntyre Dick offices from 24 January 2022, your host will send you an email in advance outlining our environment and ask you to meet with us electronically on a Zoom, phone or Teams call.

How we’re keeping our team safe

Our offices are open for our team, with a reduced number of our team on-site and appropriate physical distancing measures in place. We encourage our team and clients to arrange alternatives to face-to-face meetings.

We will continue to update and review our policy as the situation around Covid-19 evolves. Up-to-date information can be found on our Covid-19 support page.

Working or meeting with our team

  • Phone lines open
Our main phone line is always available, you can always find us on (03) 211 0801
  • Hard copies of documents
Even though our offices are temporarily closed, we can still receive your documents via email or by using our contactless drop-off/pick-up options. You can scan your documents, note your details and email them to mdp@mdp.co.nz. Alternatively, please use the contactless drop-off/pick-up at our office entrance and follow the instructions noted at the desk.
  • Meetings restricted
Although face-to-face meetings will be restricted, we're always available by phone, email and video-conferencing.
  • Paying fees
If your ability to pay our fees in full has been impacted, we have an option to help you pay over a 6 or 12 month period of time, using feeSmart. More information can be found here. If you need further assistance with this, please contact mdp@mdp.co.nz.

We hope that you and your families stay healthy and appreciate your support in keeping our community safe.
